1. Define your inspection templates
Identify your highest-volume inspections and standardize checklists, pass/fail criteria, photo requirements, and issue severity so results are comparable across sites.
2. Map roles, permissions, and approvals
Clarify who can create, perform, review, approve, and close inspections. Configure RBAC so contractors and internal teams see only what they need.
3. Migrate existing records (optional)
Import assets, locations, and historical inspections where required. Preserve audit context and align naming conventions so reporting works from day one.
4. Roll out site-by-site
Start with one or two sites, validate workflows, then replicate templates and permissions across the next sites. This reduces change risk and speeds adoption.
5. Establish reporting and governance
Set up weekly dashboards and compliance reporting: completion rates, overdue inspections, recurring failures, and corrective action cycle times.
6. Integrate where it matters
