1. Agreement scope
These Terms govern access to and use of InspectAssets websites, products, and services (the "Service"). If you enter into an enterprise order form, master services agreement, or similar contract with InspectAssets, that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must use the Service only for authorised business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining account credentials, ensuring authorised use, and notifying us of any suspected unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and fees
Subscription terms, fees, and billing cycles are described in your order form or plan selection. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
- No unauthorised access, probing, or disruption of the Service or related systems.
- No uploading malicious code, illegal content, or content you do not have rights to use.
- No use that violates laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
5. Customer content and ownership
Customers retain ownership of customer content, including inspection templates, inspection records, uploaded evidence, and reports. You grant InspectAssets a limited license to host, process, and transmit customer content solely to provide and secure the Service.
6. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information must be protected using reasonable care and used only for the purposes of delivering or receiving the Service. Additional confidentiality terms may be included in enterprise agreements.
7. Security and compliance
InspectAssets maintains security controls designed to protect customer content, including access controls, audit logging, and monitoring. Customers are responsible for user permissions, authentication practices, and ensuring their configuration meets internal compliance requirements.
8. Support and service availability
Support channels and response targets may be defined by your plan or contract. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will aim to provide notice where practical.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in an applicable written agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Liability caps (if any) may be specified in enterprise agreements.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, or misuse. Upon termination, access to the Service ends and customer content handling will follow the applicable agreement and retention settings.
12. Governing law
Replace with your governing law and dispute resolution terms. Enterprise agreements may specify different jurisdiction or process.
